For the last 15 years she’s been a Co-Director and Technology Director of the Hudson Valley Writing Project, housed at State University of New York at New Paltz. Over the years she has worked with many teachers, presented at local and national conferences and continued her own learning, must recently, in the area of virtual reality storytelling. Since 2003, she has been actively engaged in digital media and collaborated on two texts with Troy Hicks and National Writing Project teachers: Because Digital Writing Matters, and Assessing Students’ Digital Writing: Protocols for Looking Closely. In her spare time she travels, takes a stab at mastering classical guitar and loves to catch a movie on its opening weekend.
